We offer a plus membership for an additional $100/month which provides you access and care even on evenings and weekends.
Just like your regular doctors office, labs, imaging, medications or hospital visits are not included with your office visits.
BUT, you do get UNLIMITED same-day care, next-day office visits, PLUS our pre-negotiated prices for labs & imaging, whih are typically cheaper than just your copays with most insurance plans. We're a simpler way to better care.
Simple! Pick your age-based membership and you will be billed quarterly. You can use health insurance for any labs, testing and medications, just not for your monthly membership.
We can bill quarterly or annually.
We accept all major credit/debit cards, ACH debit, HSA/FSA cards, or e-checks.
Starting January 1, 2026, you may use Health Savings Account (HSA) funds to pay for Direct Primary Care (DPC) memberships, treated as qualified medical expenses up to specific monthly limits ($150/individual, $300/family).
Everyone's situation is different, so please ask your CPA or tax advisor for more information about this.

We recommend you continue to have health insurance to cover health care costs beyond the services we offer such as hospitalization and surgeries.
The most cost-effective insurance to pair with our direct primary care clinic would be a high deductible plan.

We operate as Direct Primary Care not concierge care.
Concierge practices have higher monthly costs and also bill your insurance, making you responsible for additional copays, deductibles, and facility fees

Inevitably we will all get sick or injured. Being able to access your provider, whenever you need them, is crucial to getting healthy and back to life and work.
Currently, CMS (Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services) does not allow us to take care of CMS eligible patients.
Yes, you don't need insurance to join us.
We refer you to the specialist or hospital system of your choice and they will bill your insurance. Mayo, Cleveland, Barnes, Shriners, anywhere, you choose.
The hospital physician team will take over your care while you're admitted, but we will continue to be right at your side for anything you need.
