I knew from a young age that medicine and helping people was my calling. That calling came into practice when I graduated from Southern Illinois University in 2007. 

 

I have extensive experience in family medicine as well as emergency medicine. In addition to my civilian career, I am currently serving my country as a Lieutenant Colonel in the Army.​  ​I love spending time with my wife Marie and our two beautiful daughters, Harper & Finley.  Sundays is our time for church and family and rooting for the Cubs…don't judge me, that just means I’ll stick with you, even when things get tough!  

 

I am a camp counselor at One Step Camp Programs for children with cancer.  I enjoy talking about everything health, wellness, and fitness.  I currently serve as a major in the US Army.  You'll often find me relaxing on my kayak, reeling fish.
